I feel like over the last few years I've constantly started and restarted blogs. They always didn't work out quite right cause life got in the way, but since moving to London for university last week, I've really caught the blogging vibe again. I'm desperate to start writing and what better place to do it in?
London has been my favourite city ever since I can remember. Living here now seems completely mad, but obviously in a wonderful way. It's amazing how much culture there is to experience just a tube stop away, and how it literally has everything you could ever want. I was at the Huntarian museum yesterday, which holds a collection of jars filled with all sorts of medical research subjects, mainly body parts. It was so interesting seeing all the different visuals in every specimen, like you don't think about what the inside of your organs look like cause they're inside you but they're so intricate and fascinating to look at.
I don't know if this is the fact it's around one o clock or I'm still a bit swept up in the whole moving in experience but I'm so happy to finally be here. It's been my dream to study fashion in London since I was like 9 so I'm living the dream baby! My flat mates and I decided to set our alarms for half 3 with the notion of getting up and watching the blood moon do its thing, but I stupidly had about three cups of green jasmine tea before bed and I feel more buzzed than tired to be honest. So I turned this energy into an abstract sharpie doodle of a model from Dazed (below)
I hope you enjoy my posts as much as I'm going to enjoy writing them, and who knows this blog might even survive longer than my previous attempts!
